Niestety Closest Feature Finder to stara wtyczka, zgodna tylko z QGIS-em 1.x. Jest w oficjalnym repozytorium, więc nie trzeba nic ręcznie dodawać, natomiast QGIS 2.x nie będzie jej wyświetlał na liście, bo i tak by nie zadziałała.
